This delightful Grade II listed cottage is set in a central location in the historic canal town of Stourport on Severn. Although there’s traffic to the front, it has a lovely little oasis of a garden, backing onto the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal. The towpath is on the opposite bank, and because it’s tree lined, it disguises the Lidl just beyond and makes for a pleasant outlook.

On the upstairs landing there is a small window looking out towards the canal. There’s a good sized double bedroom to the front, and a bathroom to the rear. Further stairs rise from the landing to the second floor, where there’s another good sized double bedroom, again with a window to the front.

The garden is courtyard style, with paving and gravel areas. The property next door has a right of way across the garden via a full height gate. There isn’t enough width for a mooring here, but it would be perfect to launch a canoe!
